These are the rules....

1. You must have an obsession with good charlotte... and more importantly, billy.

2. You must have a website, not some crappy pagemaker shit, a site that shows some intelligence of html, instead of moving around text boxes and pictures.

3. You cannot be in anyway associated with avril, have any respect for her, like her music, her style, and... if you think she is a punk... theres a little "x" in the top right corner... click it.

4. You must have the intelligence to make a prank call... and not giggle, hang up... or say "is your refridgerator running"

5. There has to be a code on your page before you join, you wont have time to put it on after you join, i'm usually online. you can find codes by clicking the "codes" link up the top, if you didn't figure that out...

6. On the join page, there is a question, "did you see that pig?" your answer must be: "the *insert color here* one?" for example... "the blue one?". Thats just to make sure you read the rules...
